Next Steps for Families with a New Autism Diagnosis
The Center for Autism Research is hosting a virtual workshop geared towards parents/caregivers of toddlers through elementary school-aged children who have recently been diagnosed with autism.
Workshop Topics
Topics will include an overview of autism, tips for accessing community supports and resources, common interventions, and a parent panel discussion.
Cost and Registration
Registration is required. Visit the event’s webpage to secure your spot.
There is a nominal charge of $10 for this session, but please reach out if this causes a financial hardship.
A meeting link will be sent out to attendees a few days prior to the workshop.
Accommodation Requests
Requests for language interpreter or other accommodation services must be received three (3) weeks in advance of the workshop.
